License & Site Access

My Drawing Board grants you (the user) a limited license to access and make personal use of this website. This license does not include the right to download any material (other than routine page caching), modify any material, or any portion thereof, without the express written consent of My Drawing Board This license excludes the download or collection of logos, product descriptions, pricing, text, graphics, audio and video clips, and/or copying account information. This website or any portion of this website may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, visited, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without express written permission of My Drawing Board. You are prohibited from using meta tags or any other hidden text utilizing My Drawing Board's name without the express written consent of My Drawing Board. Any unauthorized use of this websites voids the limited license granted by My Drawing Board.

Colors

We have made every effort to display, as accurately as possible, the colors of our products that appear at the Site. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

Content Submitted by Site Users

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless My Drawing Board, its affiliates, third party service providers, and their respective directors, officers, employees, owners, licensors, licensees, and agents from and against all claims, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of a breach of this Agreement by you and/or your activities in connection with the Site or any services related to the Site.  We may participate in the defense of any claim.  You shall not settle any claim that affects My Drawing Board without our prior written approval.

This site is provided by My Drawing Board on an "as is" and "as available" basis. My Drawing Board  makes no warranties, either expressed or implied, as to the operation of the site or the content contained therein. You expressly agree that your use of www.mydrawingboard.fr is at your own risk. My Drawing Board cannot warrant that this site, our servers, or email communications affiliated with the use of this website, are free from viruses.My Drawing Board will not be responsible for any damages of any kind resulting from use of this website, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages. To the fullest extent permissible by applicable law, My Drawing Board disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. You acknowledge, by your use of the site, that your use of the site is at your sole risk. This disclaimer constitutes an essential part of this agreement. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, under no circumstances and under no legal or equitable theory, whether in tort, contract, strict liability or otherwise, shall My Drawing Board or any of its affiliates, employees, directors, officers, agents, vendors or suppliers by liable to you or to any other person for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential losses or damages of any nature arising out of on in connection with the use of or inability to use the site, including without limitation, damages for lost profits, loss of goodwill, loss of data, work stoppage, accuracy of results, or computer failure or malfunction, even if an authorized representative of My Drawing Board has been advised of or should have known of the possibility of such damages.  Subject to the foregoing, in no event willMy Drawing Board be liable for any damages in excess of any fees paid by you in connection with your use of this site during the six month period preceding the date on which the claim arose.

Nothing in the Agreement removes or limits our liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by its gross negligence, and, if required by applicable law, negligence.  Some aspects of this section may not apply in some jurisdictions if prohibited by applicable law.

Redemption of Free Product & Coupon Offers

From time to time, My Drawing Board offers its clients special offers and discount codes to be used in conjunction with this website. These offers are frequently disseminated via this website and through email to those who have registered for our email database. They are sometimes posted on our home page — www.mydrawingboard.fr — or announced via other means of communication in conjunction with the promotion of the My Drawing Board product collection, including radio and TV broadcasts, internet forums and various online websites. We encourage our clients to redeem these special offers, but we respectfully ask that you not exploit them. My Drawing Board, at our sole discretion, will determine if all purchasing criteria has been met to qualify for stated discount or free product. If you successfully circumvent the software safeguards of this website in order to receive several free products with your order, then we will (at our sole discretion) remove any extraneous free product from your order or cancel the order in its entirety. Severability

The provisions of this Agreement are intended to be severable.
