Shipping & Delivery
All orders are shipped within 48 hours of receiving your order.
It is your responsibility to check for any damage of the Board that could of occurred during shipment immediately upon delivery (within 2 days). If you received a damaged board please (1) contact the delivery service immediately first to decline delivery and file a claim. (2) take photos of the damage and notify us at email@example.com. Failure to notify the shipping company as well as us immediately could cause you to be liable for any damages.
All other countries
If you wish to return your board for any reason, you must notify us of your intent to return the product by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 60 days of delivery. You are responsible for shipping fees of your Board back to our warehouse.
Return Shipping Instructions:
The Board you wish to return must be shipped back to us with all fees, taxes and shipping paid by you. The Board you are returning must be returned in its original box, with all original protective internal packaging intact, and the item must be in original condition.
Return Refund Policy:
You will receive a refund in the amount equal to the purchase price of the Board you are returning (not including original shipping and handling cost), less: (1) any taxes or fees that are charged to us to receive your return; and (2) a restocking fee for any damaged product. Original shipping and handling cost (for shipping the product to you) is non-refundable. If, for any reason, the Board you are returning is damaged, any of its parts are missing, or any of the packaging is missing, My Drawing Board reserves the right to deduct from your refund to reflect the replacement cost of damaged or missing parts or packaging. We recommend you return the board insured.
We do not accept any returns or exchanges on custom orders or sales items, unless such orders are canceled within 24 hours of final order submission.
